Daniel is now able to try different foods. He particularly wanted to be able to eat fruit and vegetables to assist with his weight loss. He had only been able to eat stodgy, fatty foods until now and had obviously piled on the pounds. He has already, through exercise, lost several stones and would like to lose about two more. This is a great start.
He was very determined to tackle this, and saw some improvement after just one session. Some clients may take a little longer.
In the second session, we concentrated on the foods he had a particularly bad experience with, such as chicken.After the session, Daniel was keen to go shopping and buy a selection of new foods to taste.
Note in the video that even though he did not enjoy the melon, he was not fazed by trying it.
