To begin Analytical therapy, the first session includes an in depth consultation. In order to gain full insight into your character and personality, this first session is for the purpose of gathering information about your life, including health, upbringing, relationships, fears and hopes. This is not required for problems such as phobias, public speaking, or problems specifically related to stress. Treatment is included in this 2 hour session. This takes up to 2 hours.
