48 hours notice is preferred to cancel or reschedule an appointment, however, if less than 24 hours notice is given for any cancellation, there will be a charge of 50% of the cost of the treatment booked.
If there is no notice given, and the appointment is missed, then 100% of the cost will have to be charged.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that notice has been received.
Payment is due by cash after each individual session, unless paid in advance. There is no facility to take card payment at either of the locations, although BACS transfer and Paypal payments can be made before the sessions.

Clients will be asked to sign a consent form at the commencement of their treatment. This includes the terms and conditions.
This includes permission for the therapist to take full details of their history; including medical, psychological, environmental, familial, and educational.
None of this information will leave the offices of the therapist, and is taken in the strictest confidence.
The Intensive Weight Loss Programme runs for 6 weeks and the full amount is payable in advance, after the free 20 minute consultation.
If required, payment can be split into two installments. The first £200 due before the course commences, and the balance due after the first session.
If at any time during the program weight loss is not achieved, then the remaining sessions will be cancelled and refunded, and the program ceased.
Clients wishing to partake in the above programme will be asked to provide consent from their GP.
After the 90 minute session, clients will be entitled to a free 20 minute booster if so required. This will be offered only within three months of the original session.
